Experiencing stress in your life?  Creativity is a great tool to reduce stress.  This presentation will offer support and a way to improve one’s coping skills.  Learn how to develop your own personal strategy to reduce stress using the body map, breath work, focusing exercise, and writing practice.  Bring your questions and a journal.  No art experience necessary.  Supplies provided.   Fee:  $20

Facilitator:  Claudia McFarlane, M.A. is a Healing Arts Practitioner and Certified Mandala Facilitator with a Master’s Degree in both Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy.  She has been teaching and facilitating Healing Art for 18 years.
