“Do not lose heart; we were made for these times.” These wise words written by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes serve as a reminder that we all embody more resilience, strength, and depth than we can imagine. In today’s challenging political and world climate, filled with increasing fear and violence, many of us are struggling with distress, discouragement, and confusion. How do we find hope and maintain our inner peace and open hearts without burying our heads in the sand? In this workshop together we will explore ways in which we can reawaken our sense of hope in the future, preserve and strengthen our inner peace, and open our hearts to one another in a renewed sense of connection and compassion. There will be time for group discussion, experiential exercises, and self-reflection.
