Grief is one of those issues that everyone experiences at some time in their life. Caregivers in particular often have a difficult time expressing their grief while trying to move on from the caregiver role. This is not an easy time. However, it is an opportunity for growth in spirituality and using your gift of compassion for your own self-care. In this presentation, we will talk about ways to grow in these areas as we walk together in new life.
