Feeling exhausted physically, mentally or emotionally? Are you so busy taking care of home and work that you’re neglecting self-care? We’ll focus this morning on facilitating living your healthiest life fully and with dignity. We will address the physical through practice in a chair to improve breathing, balance, flexibility, and core strength. We will also explore mindful and healthy eating habits. To attend to emotional well-being, stress reduction, mental focus and memory, there will be guided relaxation and meditation techniques. Find joy in learning in a safe and inclusive community to become more committed to living a healthy life. Fee: $25
Facilitator: Nadine Kelly, MD, E-RYT 20, R-CYT a practicing physician for many years, now focuses on health, wellness, and prevention by specializing in teaching aqua, chair and gentle yoga full-time for over four years. Clients helped include those with arthritis, joint replacements, sleep disturbances, anxiety, osteopenia and osteoporosis, COPD, asthma, chronic pain, and cancer survivors.
