This retreat day offers you peaceful, contemplative space and time at La Verna. The day includes opening prayer, theme, time for individual reflection, lunch, and a closing service. Included also is a remembrance exercise on times of darkness and light in your life experience, the gifts therein, and a Litany of Gratitude written, verbalized and created out of your lives.
