For centuries we have known that so many of our physical diseases are rooted in the spirit, and that in some ways all healing is spiritual. With that in mind, we will explore some of the healing qualities of Mercy needed in our world today, draw wisdom from the lives of those who chose to walk that path of Mercy before us, and help one another imagine how we might begin to depart from our usual way of doing things in order to actually become “medicine of mercy” for those we rub shoulders with every day. Fee: $20
Facilitator: Mary Ruth Broz is a Sister of Mercy. She is a retreat facilitator and spiritual director. She has an M. Div. degree from the Jesuit School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake University in Mundelein, IL.
