Enter into Autumn on the day of the Solstice by walking the sacred path that is the labyrinth with the accompaniment of the vibrational frequencies of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Let this unique experience of movement within a field of energy, prayer, and reflection attune you to the growth and changes that surround us as summer gives way to fall. Please gather at the labyrinth. In the event of inclement weather we will move inside for the program.
Facilitators: Mary Ann O’Donnell is a licensed Massage Therapist. Jalima Cuesta is aLicensed Massage Therapist and Vibrational Sound Practitioner. Both work at the Poverello Holistic Center on the grounds of St. Francis Woods.
