The afternoons will offer you personal time to let your own creative spirit lead the way.

Thursday, June 22:   “Setting the Table,  Growing our Appetites”
Today we will focus on preparing ourselves to receive the bounty that abounds each day in the form of blessings.  Practices will be offered that enhance mindfulness and gratitude for gifts received.
Facilitator:  Sister Janice Keenan, OSF is Director of programs and Spiritual Direction at The Portiuncula Center for Prayer.

Friday, June 23:  ” Feasting on Indulgent Energy”
Go ahead!  Indulge yourself!  Feast on the never-ending energy of grace that fills the universe–and you.  Set an energy table that nourishes you, all those you encounter, and, yes, even the world.  Pull up a chair and discover how energy shared truly sweetens the feast.
Facilitator:  Sister Norma Janssen, FSSH is Director of the Poverello Holistic Center on the grounds of St Francis Woods where she works as both a massage therapist and spiritual director.

Saturday, June 24:  Sharing the Feast
Taking the ideas that have been shared, and calling on your own life experience, we’ll focus today on ways to prepare a feast for others in a spirit of joy.   Bring a favorite recipe to share that has meaning for you.
Facilitator:   Lisa Lagger is a member of the Portiuncula Board, Regional Chief Mission Officer for Presence Health, and an Italian with a love of cooking and of family.
