Reflexology:  Reflexology is a special science that has it roots in the Far East and is an offshoot of acupuncture.  Reflexology works with reflexes in the feet which correspond to all parts of the body.  When specific points on the feet are given firm yet gentle touch, congestion in the corresponding region of the body is also unblocked so that circulation improves overall.  Particular attention to the feet can refresh the whole body, relieve tension and improve nerve and blood supply.  One hour service ($65)

Healing Touch:  Kathryn Hungness is a certified Healing Touch practitioner.  Healing Touch is a compassionate therapy using gentle, light or near-body touch to clear, balance, energize, and promote healing for the whole person:  mind, body, spiriit.  The goal is to restore harmony and balance to optimize the body's innate healing.  Research suggests healing touch can reduce pain, anxiety, stress and depression.  It can strengthen the immune system, provide support for those in chemotherapy, and enhance recovery from surgery.  Kathryn believes that listening carefully to her clients is the key to helping them in their recovery and healing.  Clients remain fully clothed for this treatment.  One hour service ($65)

Ortho-Bionomy:  Ortho-Bionomy the "homeopathy of bodywork", is a unique system of painless body therapy designed to facilitate pain relief as well as  physical and emotional balance.  Through gentle movements, the body's self-healing processes are engaged.  The releases are accompanied by structural balance, realignment and re-education of muscles, nerves and tissue.  One hour service ($65)

Healing Facial:  Healing facials bring particular attention to cleansing and opening facial tissues.  With a healing touch, 'all natural' facial products are gently applied to let creation's healing properties in, and inner beauty out.  One hour service ($75)
