The afternoons will offer personal time to let your own creative spirit lead the way.

A garden encompasses a great variety of features and offers us the opportunity through input, reflection and activities to relate these to our life experience and spirituality.
Presenter:  Janice Keenan, OSF
Friday, June 22:  “Creating Space for New Growth”   Taking a lesson from the transplanting of root-bound plants into a garden we will explore our growth in intimacy and connection with the Divine, myself, and others.

Saturday, June 23: “Restorative Yoga & Vibrational Sound”
To tend the garden of our mind/body/spirit, we will work together on balancing the chakras with restorative yoga poses. Corresponding crystal singing bowls will be played to support each specific chakra with its vibrational alignment. Combined with meditation, centering, and balancing you will feel relaxed, re-energized, re-awakened, and rejuvenated. (Some props will be available, but feel free to bring your own bolsters, blankets, blocks, pillows, mat).
