The Heart is a source of intuition and wisdom. When we listen to it we begin to understand that it keeps us awake and aware to the things that matter most in life and the things within us that keep us most true to ourselves. In addition to looking at some scientific research that has come to understand the heart as a place of healing energy, we will also take seriously the longings of the heart as messages from God. Facilitator: Jo Girrante has a private practice in spiritual direction and life coaching. Since her heart transplant in 2007 she has acquired an interest in the connection between the spiritual and biological dimensions of the heart. Jo has a Masters of Divinity from the University of Notre Dame and a Life Coaching Certificate from The Coaching Institute.
