Date:  10 a.m. Saturday, October 25 to Noon Sunday, October 26
Fee:  $135 (program, meals, and overnight); $85 Commuter (program and meals)

The season of Fall invites us to make room for new growth—seeds are blowing in the wind; the land is getting cleared; leaves are letting go and making room for what is yet to be. As we come together this week-end, you will be invited to listen for the invitations to grow that may be emerging (and even stretching you!) on your spiritual journey: new understandings of what is sacred, a new appreciation for the holiness of the ordinary, new ways of praying, new questions to ponder, and new ways our times seem to be calling us to find our roots again and spread our wings! With the beauty of St. Francis Woods surrounding us, we will have the opportunity to reflect on this journey of faith we are on, and a God who isn’t finished with us yet!

Facilitators:  Julie Haverty, LCPC is retired and now does volunteer work with hospice, incarcerated women, and victims of domestic violence. She has 5 adult children and 12 grandchildren. Ginny Raftery is a studio artist at Union Street Gallery in Chicago Heights, and feels that helping her students begin to appreciate the beautiful uniqueness of their own markings and art making (and learning to ignore their inner critic) is what can make doing art a liberating and prayerful experience. Mary Ruth Broz, RSM
