As the holidays approach, we might be thinking about how our faith can be passed on to young children in a way that speaks to them. Come and hear ideas about how to encourage children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews (ages 2-10) to connect with your faith tradition. Hear stories, listen to others’ experiences, and discern how you can be a ‘conduit’ to the little ones who come to us ‘wired’ for the spiritual life.
Fee: $20
Facilitator: Patty Ballard is the mother of three grown children. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies. An Oblate of the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago, she formerly has taught Theology and is presently a first grade teacher.
