Pope Francis will be raising to sainthood this October one of those spiritual giants—Archbishop Oscar Romero—who might seem to have little to do with our ordinary lives.  And yet, his character and courage have a way of shining light on those unexpected paths we are called to walk upon at one time or another and those people we meet along the way who stretch us and change us in ways we could never have foreseen.  As we gather this morning, we will usher in a week of remembering those great people of faith who depend on us to carry on and do the work that is now ours to do!
Fee:  $25
Facilitator:  Mary Ruth Broz, RSM is a retreat facilitator and spiritual director.  She has an M. Div. degree from the Jesuit School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake University.   Currently she is free lancing at the Sisters of Mercy Center in Chicago.
