The new life we associate with the Resurrection and springtime buds and blooms can also relate to our ways of praying. This morning we will experience variety in ways to pray involving spirit, mind and body that bring a freshness to how we approach prayer in this Easter season.

Janice Keenan, OSF is a West Peoria Franciscan and Program Manager at the Port. She was trained in Franciscan spiritual direction in Cincinnati, OH, has an M.S. from St. Mary’s University, Winona, MN and served in education, campus ministry and retreat ministries. She is a spiritual director and has facilitated numerous retreats for a variety of ages and groups.
