As we move from the dormancy of winter into the rebirth of spring in nature, we may sense a void. This ‘void’ is an integral part of the practice of meditation. Finding that place of calm between inhale and exhale allows the Presence to enter. This program will offer an opportunity to learn about, and experience, different styles of meditation as we journey through the Lenten season. These will include personal meditation and group/guided meditation. Fee: $25
Facilitator: Karen Carlson is the founder of Be Well And Renew, a wellness business that provides services to care for the body, mind, and spirit. Karen has over 25 years of experience in roles as a therapist, parish staff member, workshop facilitator and public speaker.
