Each year, Franciscans all over the world solemnly gather to commemorate a touching event in the life of St. Francis—his “transitus”—that is, his passing from earthly life into the eternal embrace of God. Please join us as we come together with the Franciscan Sisters here on campus for this reflective service consisting of prayer, readings and songs led by our Tau Singers under the direction of Sister Kathleen Hook. This event takes place at the Queen of Angels Chapel in the Motherhouse. Refreshments to culminate our celebration will be shared in the Motherhouse Auditorium.
