We will be honoring body, mind, and spirit as we invite you to join us for our Annual Sacred Spa Day. We will begin the day by setting an inspirational tone in the context of prayer and ritual followed by Marian Kraus and a Healing Sacred Gong Ceremony. After lunch, there will be 30 minutes of individual body work, and opportunities to nurture your spirituality ending with time for conversation and reflection on the day.
Facilitators: Norma Janssen, OSF, Marian Kraus, and others.
Fee: $100 (includes 90-minute Sacred Gong Sound Healing Meditation, 30-minutes Individual Bodywork, lunch, other rituals and resources.)
Sister Norma will be coordinating opportunities for bodywork, Marian will take you on a sacred sound journey as he plays two large gongs and several Himalayan Singing Bowls. These vibrational sounds energize and quiet body, mind, and spirit, while providing space for inner healing.
