This is a complete immersion into the world of sound and vibration that will gently guide you into a state of heightened awareness and tranquility by merging the vibrational energies of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, indigenous flutes and the voice. Let SANCTUARY offer you refuge for a more focused, peaceful and balanced life. Please dress casually and bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. Zero gravity chairs need to be requested at registration. It is preferable not to eat for an hour prior. This event will be held at the Motherhouse auditorium. Fee: $35
